DATA PROTECTION - COMMITMENT CHARTER
Welcome to our website, and thank you for your interest in our establishments.
Since 25 May 2018, a new European regulation on the protection of personal data (RGPD) has come into force. Its objective is simple: to allow you to better control the use of your personal data on the various websites and online services you use. This is an opportunity for us to reaffirm our absolute priority to ensure the security, protection and proper use of your personal data.
For more information on the "General Data Protection Regulation", you can consult the following link: https: //www.cnil.fr/fr/textes-officiels-europeens-protection-donnees.
Our website is created and hosted in France by the company Murmuration Conseil based in Entremont-le-Vieux.
Collection and processing of personal data...
What is personal data?
The General Data Protection Regulation defines, in Article 4, "personal data as any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, where an 'identifiable natural person' is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity."
Why do we collect / receive personal data?
In general, you can visit our web pages without actively providing us with personal information.
Data required to process your request:
We collect personal data from you and receive it from you via the contact form. In this case, you provide us directly with the personal data required to process your request. When we collect personal data, we mark the mandatory fields with an asterisk. This data is essential for the provision of the service you request. If you do not fill in the fields marked with an asterisk, our ability to offer you our services will be directly and adversely affected.
Data we obtain as a result of your visit :
Some personal data are already generated automatically and for technical reasons when you visit our web pages. Each time you access one of our web pages and each time you call up a file (e.g. a PDF file for download), the computer procedures generate access data on the server. This includes information such as: the page from which you access our site; the page from which the file or page was requested; the name of the file; the date and time of the request; the volume of data transmitted; the status of the access (file transmitted or not ...etc); the description of the type of Internet browser used; the IP address assigned to you by your Internet service provider, insofar as this is technically necessary for the operation.
This information is not stored on the server.
How long do we keep your personal data?
We only keep your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes of your stay, i.e. to meet your needs and requests. When the use of your personal data is no longer justified or when you have expressed your wish to delete your personal data, we will delete it from our files.
